Instructions on Obtaining a Palauan Passport
Download the application from the Palau Embassy website here: http://palauembassy.com/Documents/PassportApplication.pdf Send the following information to the Palau Passport Office P.O. Box 100 Koror, Palau 96940:

1. Certified copy of your birth certificate
2. Certified copy of one of your parents' birth certificates (Palauan)
3. Notarized application
4. One passport picture of yourself
5. A money order in the amount of $50.00 payable to Palau National Treasury

Instructions on Registering to Vote
To request an application for Palauans abroad, write to the Elections Commission at palauelect@palaunet.com or send a fax to (680) 488-3327 and provide an address or fax number that the application can be sent to. Fulltime students must provide school documents showing enrollment status. Non-fulltime students and non-students must have the application notarized. For those individuals whose names were removed after the 2004 election, you may re-register only for the same state and hamlet that you were registered with before. You may scan and e-mail the application or send it by fax, but send the original in the mail to the Palau Election Commission P.O. Box 826 Koror, Palau 96940. Download the application.
